Harold I. Riegel, 87, of Perry Twp., passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 in the Laurel Center, Tilden Twp. He was the husband of Carole F. (Heffner) Riegel. They were married on March 8, 1982 and celebrated forty-one years of marriage.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Irvin and Beulah (Wolf) Riegel. Harold worked for Hamburg Manufacturing for thirty-five years; and last worked at Cabela's, Hamburg, for fifteen years. He enjoyed working outside and gardening.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters: Denna L. (Ulrich), wife of Scott Long, Shoemakersville; and Merle L. (Ulrich), widow of Timothy Mohn, Hamburg; four grandchildren: Ashley, Kristen, Kurt and Autumn; and three great-grandchildren: Sutton, Cooper, and Alison. Harold is also survived by two sisters: Evelyn Riegel, Shoemakersville; and Mary Ellen Zweizig, Hamburg. He was predeceased by a sister: Mae Sheidy.
