Grace L. (Baker) Reeser, 95, of Bern Twp., passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 in Berks Heim where she was for a short time. She was the wife of the late Ruelle R. Reeser, who died July 22, 2011.

Born in Maidencreek Twp., she was the daughter of the late Rufus and Sally (Bubbenmoyer) Hinnershitz. She graduated from Ontelaunee High School in 1944. She was a member of Bern Reformed United Church of Christ. She worked as a folder at Diener's Knitting Mill, spent time as a housewife, and also worked as a cafeteria cashier at Berks VoTech. She was a member of Ontelaunee Grange, and enjoyed doing puzzles and gardening in her younger years. She also enjoyed sewing and knitting.

She is survived by two sons: Ryan R., husband of Rose, Leesport, and Timothy M., husband of Virginia, Columbiana, OH; a daughter: Ruellene R. (Reeser), wife of Roger Seymour, Spring Green, WI; eight grandchildren: Matthew, Helene, Taryn, Tyler, Hannah, Kelley, Christina, and Laura; and seven great-grandchildren: Riley, Audrey, August, Keira, Laina, Wilder, and Madeline. She is also survived by a sister: Lana (Hinnershitz) DeWitte, wife of A. John DeWitte, Harrisburg, NC. Grace was predeceased by a daughter: Elodie K. Reeser, who died December 28, 2019.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 11:00 am from Bern Reformed United Church of Christ, 3196 Bernville Rd., Leesport, PA 19533. Burial will follow in Bern Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Bern Reformed United Church of Christ at the above address.
