Gloria L. Lengle, 63, of Upper Tulpehocken Twp., passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in her residence. She was the wife of George J. Lengle. They were married on October 17, 1970 and celebrated forty-four years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Jane (Patchouli) Mervine. Gloria enjoyed going on cruises and traveling, birdwatching, camping and hunting; and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Surviving in addition to her husband is one daughter: Jennifer J. Lengle, wife of Amanda L. Lengle, West Lawn; two grandchildren: Abigail and Jacob Lengle; one brother: Charles Mervine; and one sister: Judith (Mervine) Zeiber, both of Reading. Gloria was predeceased by a son: Clint G. Lengle, who died January 21, 2011. Services will be held on Tuesday at 8:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear).
