Glen A. Sayer, 50, of Greenwich Twp., died Friday, May 6, 2011, as a result of injuries sustained in a motocycle accident in Perry Twp. Born in West Reading, he was the son of Clifford G. Sayer, Centre Twp.; and the late Betty V. (Merkel) Remp. He worked for W.E. Yoder, Inc., Kutztown, last working Friday. Glen also worked for George King Construction. He attended St. John's (Gernant's) United Church of Christ, Ontelaunee Twp. Glen was a member of Wagner-Good Post #216 V.F.W., Hamburg. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and trap shooting. Also surviving are two sons: Jordan M. Sayer, companion of Stephanie L. Wolfe, Myerstown; and Dylan A. Sayer; three sisters: Alice L., wife of Mark Brieske, Ontelaunee Twp.; Carol E., wife of Brian D. Smith, Tilden Twp.; and Lorraine K., wife of Gary Keller, Pensicola, Florida; one half-brother: Clifford G. Sayer, Jr., and his wife Krista, Centre Twp.; and his step-mother: Joan C. (DeLong) Sayer, Centre Twp. There are also three step-brothers: Michael Sayer, Tilden Twp.; Steven Sayer, Las Cruces, New Mexico; and Barry Sayer, Temple; and one step-sister: Cindy Oswald, Perry Twp. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg (off street parking in rear).
