Gail A. Manderbach, 85, of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. She was the wife of the late William D. Manderbach, died March 5, 2018.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Ashton and Mildred (Zohner) and Robert J. Walter. She graduated from Reading High School in 1957. Gail was a member of Alsace Lutheran Church. She worked for many years in retail, working at Anderson Little, JCPenney, and Casual Corner, before eventually retiring. She enjoyed watching tennis; bowling; and bingo. She was a fan of the Philadelphia Phillies; and always loved time spent with her family.

She is survived by her children: William D. Manderbach, II and his wife Sonya M. (Lesher) Manderbach, and Lori E. (Manderbach), wife of Gary O. Faust, both of Muhlenberg Twp.; three grandchildren: Joel C. Bubbenmoyer, and his wife Michelle; Katie E. Calm, and her husband Alex; and Sarah Manderbach; step-grandson: Andrew P. Faust; and three great-grandchildren: Thomas N., Elizabeth A., and Phillip A. Calm.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 7:30 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport, PA 19533. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Alsace Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in the funeral home.
