Freda R. Norman, 83, of Reading, died Sunday, September 29, 2013 in ManorCare, West Reading. She was the wife of the late, Rev. Lloyd L. Norman, Jr. Born in Birdsboro, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Alice C. (Schneider) Kochel. Freda is survived by a son: Irvin S. Livingood, of Florence, South Carolina, and a daughter: Sallyann A. (Livingood) Spatz, of Reading. She is also survived by various other family members. Freda was predeceased by a son: Paul E.
