Frank C. Piehel, Jr., 82, of Bern Twp., passed away Monday, January 2, 2023 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Joan L. Piehel, died March 28, 2020.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Frank C. Piehel, Sr., and Anna (Nagle) Piehel. He graduated from Exeter High School in 1959. He worked as a truck driver for SuperValu until retirement in the early 2000's. He enjoyed playing bingo, the lottery, and going to casinos. He was a fan of Elvis and the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by two daughters: Crystale L. (Piehel) Coldren, wife of Steven, New Cumberland, and April M. (Piehel) Stephen, Leesport; six grandchildren: Allesondra, Dylan, Derek, Joseph, Kari, and Kent; and 14 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother: Timothy Piehel, Texas; a sister: Patricia (Piehel) Weikel, Reading; and his beloved dog: Carleigh.
