Florence I. Bagenstose, 91, of Spring Township, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the Reading Hospital. She was the wife of Ray R. Bagenstose, who died May 29, 2000. Born in Lower Heidelberg Twp., she was the daughter of the late Robert P. and Essie M. (Balthaser) Seifrit. Florence worked as a sewing machine operator for Gotham Lingerie, Reading; and Wright's Knitting Mill, Leesport. She was a member of Salem (Belleman's) Church, Centre Twp. She was also a member of Central Berks Fire Company and beneficial association, Centerport. Florence is survived by one son: Robert C. Bagenstose, and Renee M. Wertman, Muhlenberg Twp.; one daughter: Gail P. (Bagenstose), wife of Gary D. Orr, Wyomissing; one grandson: Brett J. Bagenstose, husband of Christin, West Reading; and two great-grandchildren: Ethan and Mya Bagenstose. She is also survived by one brother: George Seifrit, Mohrsville; and Jared and Tina Perella, and their children; Shillington; and Justin and Carla Perella, and their children, Exeter. Florence was predeceased by three brothers: James, Robert, and John Seifrit; and one sister: Mary Degler. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am from Fairview (Belleman's) Cemetery, Centre Twp.
