Evelyn L. Miller, 87, of Perry Twp., passed away Monday, November 24, 2025 in her residence. May she rest in peace and bask in the warm smile of Jesus. She was the widow of the late Arthur P. Miller, died July 27, 2015.

Born in Penn Twp., she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Verna I. (Burkey) Werley. She loved her home, flowers, crocheting, word games and building jigsaw puzzles.

Surviving is one son: Dennis L. Miller, Shoemakersville; two daughters: Debra M. (Miller), wife of Larry D. Stitzel, Round Hill, Virginia; and Donna M. Miller (life partner, Randy Boltz, died July 14, 2025) Lenhartsville; seven grandchildren: Brandon Gerner, Jeromy Boltz, Andrew Miller, Leila Dalton, August Stitzel, Heather Merkle and David Miller Jr.; and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one son: David L. Miller, who died October 8, 2007; and one grandson, Bryant Miller, died February 13, 1999 . She is also survived by her sisters: Mary Anspach, and Miriam Mohn. She was predeceased by her brothers: George, Howard, Leon and Robert Werley; and a sister: Anna Bagenstose.
