Evelyn M. Lasko Grim, 87, of Tilden Twp., passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in St. Joseph Medical Center. She was predeceased by her first husband: Gurney N. Lasko, died February 14, 1989; and Kermit C. Grim, died March 27, 2012. Born in Richland, Lebanon Co., she was the daughter of the late Paul and Harriet (Firestone) Fisher. Evelyn worked as an aide at the Hamburg Center for twenty-nine years until her retirement. She also worked as a cook at the Tivoli Club, Reading. Evelyn was a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Twp. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Behler-Hein Post #637 American Legion, Hamburg. Evelyn enjoyed driving around. Evelyn is survived by one daughter: Patsy Ann, wife of Dennis Aiman, Reading; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one sister: June H., wife of Richard Dautrich, Leesport; daughter-in-law: Connie Lasko; and son-in-law: Darwin Dieter. She was predeceased by one son: Gurney Lee Lasko, died May 30, 2011; and one daughter: Connie Ann Dieter, died May 9, 2011. Services will be held on Monday at 7:30 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear).
