Eric L. Dietrich, 48, of Centre Twp., died Friday, August 4, 2017 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in West Reading, he was the son of Leonard R. Dietrich and Sandra R. (Greenawalt) Rankin. He graduated from Schuylkill Valley High School in 1968. Eric was a United States Army Veteran. He worked as a Transportation Analyst for AWI, Robesonia. Eric was a fantastic father to his three children. He enjoyed volunteering at their schools. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Eric is survived by a son: Tyler J. Dietrich; and two daughters: Emily T. and Alison J. Dietrich, all of Shillington. Eric is also survived by a brother: Brian L. Dietrich, Vancouver, Washington. Services will be private.
