Elizabeth J. Moll, "Betty", 86, of Shoemakersville, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 in the Reading Hospital. She was the wife of Mark H. Moll, who died March 27, 2001. Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Clarence B. and Sallie E. (Bingaman) Leinbach. Betty helped her husband on the family farm in Upper Bern Twp. She was a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Twp., where she was a member of the women's group and helped at the church dinners. She was also a member of the Shartlesville Grange #1512, and volunteered cooking and serving at banquets. Betty enjoyed making greeting cards, crafts and sewing. Betty is survived by four daughters: Carol A., wife of Ralph R. Crossley, Jefferson Twp.; Jane L., wife of Jan L. Pennabecker, Spring Twp.; Cynthia G., wife of Robert J. Batdorf, Penn Twp.; and Tammy S. Moll, Collegeville; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister: Arlene R. Levan, Reading. She was predeceased by a sister: Ruth M. Sonday. Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. Burial will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tilden Twp.
