Donald Steven Borden, 68, of Leesport, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 in Berks Heim. Born Philadelphia he was the son of the late Kenneth and Margaret Borden. He was a charismatic, stubborn man who could make or fix anything, whether it was a car, a house, or something in between. Carpentry, construction, or mechanics, he was a man who wore many hats throughout his life. Donald was also a fervent fan of NASCAR races and an avid animal lover. Donald was survived by sister Patricia L. (Borden) Pastorella, wife of Bruce E., Maidencreeek Twp.; a brother David K. Borden, husband of Robin, Naples, FL; a son Joshua A. Borden husband of Heather, Blue Bell; his grandchildren, Colin, Lincoln and Moira, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his oldest son, Phillip M. Borden, passed away December 18, 2020. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 2:00 pm in Zion's Cemetery, 770 Zion Church Road, Hamburg, PA 19526.
