Dolores A. Kehr, 75, of Perry Twp., passed away in her residence on Thursday, July 28, 2016. She was the wife of Barry I. Kehr. They were married on May 28, 1960 and celebrated fifty-six years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late James L.D. Snyder and Arlene L. (Emerich) Seibert. She was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School. Dolores worked in the office of Carpenter Technology, Reading for twenty years. She had also worked for Windsor Mutual Insurance Company. Dolores helped her husband in his taxidermy business for many years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, going to the cabin in Potter County and was an exceptional cook. Dolores especially enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter Liliana. Surviving in addition to her husband Barry is one son: Kris B. Kehr, and his wife Julie, Leesport; and one granddaughter: Liliana. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. Burial will follow in St. John's (Gernant's) Cemetery, Ontelaunee Twp. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Tuesday 9:30 to 11:00 am.
