Dennis L. Kaufman, 64, of Tilden Twp., died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 14, 2012 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Twp., shortly after arrival. He was the husband of Sheila A. (Emore) Kaufman. They were married on October 24, 1964 and celebrated 47 years of marriage. Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Howard B. and Betty A. (Rauenzahn) Kaufman. He worked for 43 years for W.R. Grace, retiring in September 2008. Surviving in addition to his wife is one son: Michael D. Kaufman, and his wife Melinda, Tilden Twp.; two daughters: Carol L. (Kaufman) Geisinger, Tilden Twp.; and Kathy A. (Kaufman) Schadler; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A fourth great-grandchild is expected this week. Dennis is also survived by one brother: Rick W. Kaufman, Fleetwood; and one sister: Malinda F. (Kaufman) McMullen, Blandon. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
