Deborah A. "Debbie" Saltzman, 60, of Hamburg passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Born in Queens, NY she was the daughter of the late Richard E. And Diane (Fleming) Murphy. She graduated from Hamburg Area High School. Debbie worked at Carpenter Technology for 25 years, and later worked at Redner's Warehouse Markets in the Deli for the past 5 years, last working recently. She was a member of The Bridge Church, Hamburg. Debbie enjoyed painting and puzzles. She is survived by a son: Jason S. Saltzman, Tilden Twp.; two brothers: Richard husband of Kim Murphy, Leesport, and Joseph Murphy, Hamburg; and a sister: Nancy (Murphy) Kauffman, Hamburg. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm in Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg, PA 19526 (Off Street Parking in Rear). A visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
