Dawn S. Weston, 92, of Auburn, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2022 in Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg. She was the wife of Winfield T. Weston, who died January 15, 2011.

Born in Auburn, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Bertha (Emerich) Runkle. Dawn was a graduate of Auburn High School. She worked in the garment industry. Dawn was a member of St. John's Church, Auburn. She enjoyed cooking, baking and decorating.

Dawn is survived by her two daughters: Sharon L. (Weston), Krasnitskywidow of Kenneth G. Krasnitsky, Auburn; and Leslie N. Weston, Hamburg; one grandson: Kenneth G. Krasnitsky, Jr., fiancé of Bridget Barr; two great-granddaughters: Bria and Bryn.; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings: Stanley Runkle, Ruth Schultz, June Homewood, Merritt Runkle, Ina Wenrich, Robert Runkle, and Dale Runkle.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am from St. John's Cemetery, 305 Pearson Street, Auburn. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hyman Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
