David A. Tobias, 63, of Penn Twp., died Monday, October 28, 2013 in his residence. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Paul Tobias and Mildred (Wenger) Tobias Ruth. David owned and operated D.A.T. Excavating and Construction Company, Bernville. David is survived by one daughter: Rochelle L. Tobias, companion of Gregory Bensinger, Auburn; one son: Shawn D. Tobias, Hamburg; two grandchildren; one sister: Joy Nagle, Greenwood, Delaware; one nephew and several nieces. There will be a memorial visitation with the family on Sunday from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg.
