Connie V. Hunsberger, 53, of Hamburg, passed away on January 30, 2016 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading. She was the wife of Linda M. Lopez. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Gregory Hunsberger, Kempton; and Carolyn (Miller), wife of Richard Rosko, Allentown. Connie was a graduate of Catasauqua High School, where she was catcher for the girl's softball team. She was a U.S. Navy veteran. She worked as a police officer and security guard. Connie loved animals, especially her dogs, Hazel and Horatio. She also loved playing with and spoiling Linda's grandkids; antiquing and shopping. Connie is also survived by two brothers: David (Virginia) and Michael (Cindy); two sisters, Sharon and Becky (Bob), numerous nieces and nephews; and Linda's kids: Tinderly, Jose, Braulio, and Ricky. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg, PA 19526. A time for family and friends to share memories of Connie will be at 8:00 pm.
