Chris E. Klinger, 52, of Hamburg, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2014 in Golden Living Center, Exeter Twp. He was the husband of Carolyn E. (Schneider) Klinger, who died December 11, 2007.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of Alma A. (Phillips) Klinger, Windsor Twp., and the late Eugene G. Klinger. Chris was a graduate of Hamburg Area High School. He worked for twenty years for East Penn Manufacturing, Lyons.
Chris enjoyed fishing. He was a member of Hamburg Fish and Game Association; Wagner-Good Post #216 V.F.W., Hamburg; Loyal Order of Moose #523, Hamburg; Behler-Hein Post #637 American Legion, Hamburg; and the Shoemakersville Fire Company.
Surviving in addition to his mother are two daughters: Shanna C. Klinger and Brenna A. Klinger, both of Shoemakersville; and two brothers: Lonnie E. Klinger, Windsor Twp.; and Steven E. Klinger, and his wife Deborah A. Klinger, Kutztown.
