Chad J. Seidel, 53, of Penn Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

Born in West Reading, he was the loving son of John P. and Bonita J. (Pietrzyk) Seidel, Bern Twp. Chad was a 1989 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School where he was a member of the basketball team. He also received his Associate's Degree. Chad worked in material management at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. He enjoyed golfing, working out, watching basketball and football. He played in men's basketball leagues over the years. Chad enjoyed spending time with his good friends, Bobby Hissinger, Tony Crisafulli and Scott Bailey.

Chad is survived by his parents, John and Bonnie, with whom he shared a close relationship.
