Catherine J. Meiser, 77, of Maidencreek Twp., passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023 in Laurel Center, Tilden Twp. She was the wife of the late Glenn E. Meiser, died April 20, 2023.

Born in Kellerville, Juniata County, she was the daughter of the late Banks and Anna (Ferster) Lauver. He worked cleaning houses for many years in addition to raising her family. Catherine was a member of Trinity Bible Fellowship Church, Blandon. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, knitting, and crocheting. She was always ready and willing to help people.

She is survived by a son: Ronald L., husband of Elaine (Heim) Meiser, Shoemakersville; a grandson: Jereme Meiser, husband of Chelsea; two great-grandsons: Ryder and Hayden; and a daughter-in-law: Sharon (Wentzel) Meiser, Sinking Spring. She is also survived by a sister: Sandra (Lauver) Sheaffer, Harrisburg. Catherine was predeceased by a son: Randall L. Meiser; a brother: Elwood Lauver; and three sisters: Dorothy (Lauver) Fisher, Helen (Lauver) Hart, and Geraldine (Lauver) Kerstetter.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 11:00 am from Trinity Bible Fellowship Church, 220 Main Street Blandon, PA 19510. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Neimonds Church Cemetery; Richfield. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the church.
