Carol A. Schneider, 76, of Shoemakersville, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in her residence. She was the wife of the late William H. Schneider, passed June 5, 2010. Born in Norfolk, VA she was the daughter of the late Glenn and Mary E. (McGuire) McClain. She worked as a real estate agent and trainer for 25 years in New Jersey. She was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Hamburg, the Shoemakersville Fire Co., and the Ladies of the Hamburg Moose. She loved her grandchildren. She is survived by a son: Joseph A. Schneider; a daughter: Marylee (Schneider) Billman, wife of Gary, Shoemakersville; fifteen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother: Daniel J. McClain, Hamburg; and a sister: Maryann Slatky, wife of Robert, Manahawkin, NJ. She was predeceased by a son: William; a daughter: Carolyn; and a sister: Linda. Services are private.
