Carol Ann Parsons, 59, of Windsor Twp., passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 in her residence after a long struggle. Carol was a beloved sister and daughter, artist, and Reiki Master. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Elmer L. Parsons and the late Dorothy J. (Levergood) Parsons. She graduated from Springfield Senior High School in 1973 and as the top of her class at Kutztown University in 1981. Carol owned and operated Mariposa Transformational Therapies, Windsor Twp., for about 20 years. She enjoyed gardening, her animals, and painting. She was an extraordinary artist. Surviving in addition to her father is a brother: Kenneth A. Parsons, Vail, AZ. Memorial Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
