Obituary

Barry N. Fogleman, 59, of Centre Twp., passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. He was the husband of Dina M. (Lindsay) Fogleman. They were married May 6, 1989 and celebrated 32 years of marriage.

Born in Harrisburg, he was the son of Helen B. (Bell) Fogleman, Mountain Top; and the late Sterril H. Fogleman. He graduated from Crestwood High School in 1980, and received further education at NY Technical Institute of Art, and Luzerne Community College, where he received his Associates in Applied Science, Commercial Art in 1984. Barry worked as a technical development specialist for IG Design Group Americas, Inc. (formerly Dimensions, Inc.), in Wyomissing. Barry will be loved and missed by all those he touched. Barry leaves behind a legacy of the importance of family and finding your joy. He loved watching his daughter play softball, whether it was in high school, college, or women's league at Lyons. He loved lazy afternoons sitting in the driveway trying recipes on his smoker. He loved camping trips, and hanging around the fire with his daughter, brothers, nephews, and all of his family and friends. He looked forward every year to smoking a pig for the Fogleman's Wounded Warrior Music Fest. A staunch independent, he believed in personal freedom, and America first. He was a lifelong Cowboys fan, and a devoted Yankee fan for over 40 years, until politics took over sports. Barry was known as everyone's (personal and professional) go to MAC guy.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother is a daughter: Carly Grace Fogleman, at home; siblings: Connie Lelii, wife of John, Hummelstown, Greg Fogleman, husband of Ellen, Mountain Top, Lynette Sadowski, wife of John, Wilkes Barre, Brad Fogleman, husband of Beth, Cumming, GA, and David Fogleman, husband of Jill, Morgantown, WV; mother and father in law: Bill and Diane Lindsay, Drums, PA; sister in law: Michele Schirf, Mountain Top; brother in law: Michael Lindsay, husband of Lindsay, Wapwallopen, PA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins which he loved and adored. He is also survived by his godson: Robert Rittenhouse, Athens, OH. He was predeceased by his cousin: Herb Fogleman. We know he is somewhere with Herb chatting "Let's Go Brandon"

His family wants to thank the staff of St Joesph's Medical Center for the care they provided over the last 4 weeks. Thank you for all your care and compassion.
