Anna M. Oswald, formerly of Bern Twp., a resident at Berks Heim, died Monday, August 25, 2025 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She was the widow of Ronald E. Oswald, Sr., died January 21, 2015.

Born in Jefferson Twp., she was the daughter of the late Malcolm Homer Wagner, and Mary (Manwiller) Loy; and was raised by her grandparents; Paul Manwiller, Myrtle Manwiller, and Hattie Manwiller. She had attended GT Church. Anna worked as an aide at Laurel Center; a nanny; at Farmer Brown's Bakery, Fleetwood; and also as a cleaning lady, throughout her life. She enjoyed NASCAR, shopping, watching westerns, and collecting bells. She loved christian gospel hymns. Anna always held her family as an important piece of her life; she loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Anna is survived by four children: Bonnie A. (Oswald) Schaeffer, widow of George Schaeffer, Shoemakersville, Ronald E. Oswald, Jr., Bern Twp., Robert E. Oswald, Hamburg, and Cindy M. (Oswald) Labe, wife of Kenneth Labe, Jr., Friedensburg; three grandchildren: Brittany, wife of Andrew Jewart, Amanda wife of Chace Rothermel, and Olivia Labe, fiance of Atley Bostdorf; and three great-grandsons: Logan A. Jewart, Cooper J. Rothermel, and Levi J. Jewart. She is also survived by her siblings: Dennis Wagner, Janice Hartman, Elaine Fremer, Caroline Bechtel, Mary Gambino, and Ruth Dale. She was predeceased by a granddaughter: Tori Oswald; and a brother: Melvin Loy, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport, PA 19533. Burial will follow in Laureldale Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the funeral home.
