Anna Mae Beitler, 81, of Leesport, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She was the wife of Barry H. Beitler. They were married November 2, 1963 and celebrated 58 years of marriage.

Born in Leesport, she was the daughter of the late Elmer L. and Fietta A. (Bickel) Moyer. She graduated from Schuylkill Valley High School in 1957. She enjoyed ceramics, spiritual music, and loved planting flowers. She was also known to love talking on the phone.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons: Brian A. Beitler, husband of Laurie J. (Connelly), Asheville, NC, and Michael D. Beitler, Middletown; a daughter: Lori A. (Beitler) Witinkski, wife of Stan E., Leesport; and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother: William E. Moyer; and a sister: Elsie (Moyer) Guistwite.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 1:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport. Burial will follow in Leesport Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 pm in the funeral home.
