IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Anna Lillian
Leh
December 7, 1939 – January 6, 2026
Anna Lillian Leh (Lil), of Centre Twp, PA, passed away on January 6th at Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Anna Lillian Price was born on December 7, 1939, in Kehoe, Kentucky, to the late Gladys (Lambert) Gillespie and William Owen Price. She was predeceased by her brother, Herman Price, and is survived by her sister, Lois Geraldine (Price) Macdonald, and brother, Basil Roger Price.
Lil and her husband Ed were married for 55 years. Anyone who spent time with them knows they engaged in lively debates and accomplished amazing things together over those years. Lil and Ed cared for many foster children throughout their lifetime. Lil routinely fed a crowd at the dining room table every night, often feeding ten or more people. She invested much of her time, energy, and resources in supporting others. She prepared for countless weekend camping trips to Assateague Island, one of her favorite places. She lived for Wednesdays at the Leesport Farmers Market. Lil loved a bargain, had many collections, and adored everything Christmas. She could never resist a good roadside yard sale, and if Ed spotted it first, he'd hit the accelerator and try to turn it into a blur. Lil cherished her flower beds and continued gardening from her wheelchair well into her 80s.
Lil's determination powered her through life. She made a habit out of defying odds. She survived a brain aneurysm and cardiac arrest in 2014 and recovered to the point that she was able to return home with her husband. Her last big trip was traveling through Alaska with Ed at 83 years old.
Lil is survived by her loving husband, Edward F. Leh Jr.; her son Edward F. Leh III and his wife Jeann; her daughter Laura Leh Witman and Tod; her daughter Tina Marie (Newman) Weitzel; her son Greg Newman and his wife Tracey; and her daughter Sue (Vetter) Henry and her husband Art. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, many beloved extended family members, and foster children she loved and supported throughout her life.
Lil's life was defined by resilience, tenacity, and an unwavering love for her family.
