Obituary

Adam G. Roerig, 38, of Leesport, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

Born in Flemington, New Jersey, he was the son of Adam T. Roerig, Leesport; and the late Kimberly E. Colvenbach. Adam was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp, serving in Afghanistan. He later graduated from McCann School of Business. Adam worked in the maintenance department at Sweet Streets, Reading. He has also owned and operated his own tree removal service.

Adam loved boating, his dogs, hunting, being on the river, cookouts, motorcycles, and enjoying the good times with family and friends. He was exceptionally good in mechanics and fabrication be it electrical, metal, or wood.

Adam loved boating, building things, hunting, hanging out by the campfire and motorcycles.

Surviving in addition to his father is his son: Austin Roerig; brothers: Matthew S. Roerig and Mark C. Roerig; and sister: Monica K. Roerig.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 11:30 from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
