Obituary for Thea M. Snyder

On Saturday, November 12, Thea Michelle Snyder, age 1, gained her angel wings, peacefully cuddled in the arms of her loving parents, Josh and Nikki (Koyste) Snyder.

With her wild, Mohawk red hair, bright blue eyes, prominent dimples, nose wrinkling smile, and snorty giggle, Thea was truly one of a kind. From birth, Thea demonstrated her strength and resilience by overcoming every obstacle thrown her way, all while wearing the most vibrant smile. She was, and forever will be adored by her mommy and daddy, who loved her beyond measure.

Thea had the amazing ability to bring out the absolute best in everyone, most noticeably, her doting big sister, Mila. Despite their differences, the dynamic duo were inseparable, often found cuddling together on the couch, holding hands, and making silly noises. Their connection was indescribable and ever lasting.

In addition to her parents and big sister, Thea will be forever loved by her Gammy and Poppop (Jeff and Sharlene Koyste), her Nana and Poppop (Kevin and Michelle Snyder), her Great Nana and Great Poppop (Ken and Linda Snyder), her Pappap (Richard Frantz), her Great Poppop and Great Grandmother (Donald and Judi Moll), her Aunt Ashley and Uncle Clif Conrad, her Uncle Brandon and Aunt Alicia Koyste, her adoring cousins Rowan, Rosie, Ethan, and Alivia, and countless other family members. Thea was loved and passionately cared for by her dedicated nurses, Miss Louise, Miss Jamie, and Mr. Joe.

In her short year of life, Thea truly left a mark on the hearts of everyone that was lucky enough to have known her. Her powerful legacy, has been beautifully captured as the inspiration of the Nonprofit organization, Growing Wildflowers. This world has more compassion, love, and beauty because of Thea. In lieu of flowers, Thea’s family kindly request donations be made to Growing Wildflowers’ Little Wings Memorial Fund in her honor. Donations can be made at www.growingwildflowerspa.com.
