Ricky Reed Roth, 56, of Perry Twp., passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Karen L. (Krumanocker) Roth. They were married May 7, 1988 and celebrated 35 years of marriage.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Ralph Reed Roth and Janet L. (Coldren) Roth. He graduated from Hamburg Area High School in 1985. Ricky worked as a general contractor for his entire life and always enjoyed helping people. He was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hamburg. He was a member of Hamburg Volunteer Forest Fire Crew, and a councilman at church. He loved history, the band Rush, and listening to music. Ricky truly was a great caretaker, always focusing on others needs before his own. 

Surviving in addition to his wife are two children: Cameron Reed Roth, fiance of Marissa S. Miller, Penn Twp., a daughter: Courtney Reed (Roth) Schreiber, wife of Ryan M., East Petersburg; two grandchildren: Nolan and Jonah Schreiber; a brother: Randy L. Roth, Perry Twp.; and a sister: Robin L. (Roth) Wert, wife of Michael, Greenwich Twp. He is also survived by his canine companions: Otis and Bailey.
