Obituary for Patricia M. Mellor (Yalowey)
Patricia M. "Patti" Mellor, 58, of Maxatawny Twp., passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She was the longtime companion of Nevin E. Wagner. Patti and Nevin were together 30+ years.
Born in Coaldale, she was the daughter of the late William M. and Margaret L. (McGee) Yalowey. She graduated from Panther Valley High School in 1981, and later received an Associate's Degree in Business in 2005. Patti was employed at Reading Area Community College as a records coordinator from 2002 until present. She loved Disney World and traveling to Florida, cooking, and baking. She loved spending time with her children and was always ready to take care of other people before herself.
She is survived by a son: Kenny J., husband of Abigail R. (Romberger) Mellor, Myerstown; two daughters: Tracey L. (Mellor), wife of Todd S. Rudnick, Leesport, and Jennifer A. Wagner, Kutztown; and two grandchildren: Dylan J. Mellor, and Madison A. Rudnick. She is also survived by her siblings: Tammy, Kimmy, and Billy.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 10:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport, PA 19533. Burial will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens. Viewings will be held Friday, 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Saturday, from 9:00 to 10:00 am in the funeral home.
