Obituary for Lillian G. Adams (Reis)
Lillian G. Adams, 93, a resident at Rittenhouse Village, Muhlenberg Twp., and formerly of Leesport, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Twp. She was the wife of the late Warren K. Adams.
Born in Ruscombmanor Twp., she was the daughter of the late Elwood D. and Viola G. (Oswald) Reis. She was a member of the former Trinity United Church of Christ, Leesport. She worked as a hemmer at an area knitting mill, worked for Hecky's chips at the Leesport Farmer's Market, and had worked for Lesher's Appliances at one time.
She is survived by two sisters: Elsie J. Rothenberger and Betty Lou Dietrich, both of Hamburg. She was predeceased by her son: Gary W. Adams, passed away April 26, 1980.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 17, 2022 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport. Burial will follow in Leesport Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
