Lee B. Kline, 95, of Richmond Twp., passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 in his residence. He was the husband of the late Shirley A. (Hilbert), died December 1968 and Linda E. (Herbein) Died November 1989.
Born in Ruscombmanor Twp., he was the son of the late Benneville A., and Elsie C. (Weidner) Kline. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII. Lee worked as a welder at Boyertown Body Works for 39 years before retiring in March 1987. He was a skilled woodworker. He created "toys" as he called them, but they were intricate scale models of various things from ships, to cars, to airplanes. He always enjoyed spending time in his yard. He was a life member of VFW Post #8795, Adamstown, a life member of USS Texas Battleship Texas Foundation, Life member of Fleetwood Historical Society. He was also a former member of Fleetwood Fire Company.
Lee is survived by his cousins and remaining family.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport, PA 19533.
