Obituary for John L. Greenly III
John L. Greenly, III, 56, of Jefferson Twp., passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Tracey R. (Stichter) Greenly. They were married on October 9, 1999 and celebrated twenty-two years of marriage.
Born in Lower Bucks County, he was the son of John L., Jr. and Dorothy (Diehl) Greenly, Chalfont. John worked for Jim Glass Body Shop, Frystown, as an auto body technician. He was a member of Strausstown Rod and Gun Club. John enjoyed camping, grilling, smoking food, cooking, the outdoors and the mountains. He was a very positive person and was always smiling. John loved his dogs, but especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, who lovingly called him "Papa Johnny."
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are two sons: Wesley A. Heim, husband of Ashley, Hamburg; and Kyle T. Heim, companion of Melissa Weirich, Lansford; four grandchildren: Jameson, Jaxson, Julien, Kacie; and a fifth grandchild expected in August. John is also survived by a brother: Jeff Greenly, husband of Chantel, Phoenixville; a sister: Dawn Greenly, Chalfont; two nephews: Evan and Liam; and his mother-in-law: Carol M. (Krammes) Stichter, Tilden Twp.
