Eleanor E. Moll, 90, formerly of Moselem and Kutztown, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in the Kutztown Manor where she resided. She was the wife of Earl M. Moll, who died April 16, 1990.
Born in Greenwich Twp., she was the daughter of the late Harry L. and Lovie (Engle) Shenk. Eleanor first worked for Campbell's Mushroom Company, Evansville; and last worked in the dining hall kitchen at Kutztown University. She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Molltown. Eleanor enjoyed watching her grandchildren when they were little. She also enjoyed bingo, going to the casinos, working in her flower beds and taking walks with her sister Shirley.
Eleanor is survived by six children: Dennis R. Moll, Pricetown; Douglas E. Moll, and his wife Geraldine, Wernersville; Sharon F. (Moll), widow of Carl Koller, Hamburg; Judy E. (Moll), wife of Oscar Warnick, Hamburg; Debra L. (Moll), wife of Kerry Werner, Hamburg; and Kimberly A. (Moll), wife of Michael Wily, Kutztown; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and eighteen great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters: Shirley Miller, Pricetown; and Barbara Henn, Hamburg. Eleanor was predceased by her siblings: Harold, Robert, Richard, Donald, and Walter Shenk; and Catherine Hatt; Irene Hinnershitz; and Caroline Ulrich.
Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Molltown. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Saturday 9:30 to 11:00 am.
