Don's love of family came first, his love of the quilt business came second.
Paul and I were so fortunate to meet him in 1973 which led to a long
lasting friendship and business relationship. We personally benefited, not only from his knowledge, his loyalty but his humanity.
Don deserves a great deal of credit in helping us form a World Class Quilt Collection.
Most of all I will miss being able to talk to him. We often spoke a couple times a week.
He was one of the good guys.
No Good By's --- just see you later.
Till then I will miss you.
