Obituary for Dale A. Adams
Dale A. Adams, 72, of Windsor Twp., passed away in his residence on Saturday, May 8, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Ruth A. (Yeager) Adams.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Quentin C. and Mae E. (Lengel) Adams. Dale was a 1966 graduate of Hamburg Area High School. He worked as an inspector for Brush Wellman, Perry Twp. Dale was a former member of the Shoemakersville Jaycees; the Shoemakersville Pool Association and the Shoemakersville Fire Company. He was a member of the National Street Rod Association. He loved his street rods. Dale especially loved his grandchildren and attending their events.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughters: Jennifer S. (Adams) Bensinger, companion of Michael Evangelista, Shoemakersville; and Jodi A. (Adams), wife of Benjamin Parent, Shoemakersville; five grandchildren: Matt Bensinger and his wife Ashley; Brooke Bensinger; Luke Bensinger; Joey Parent, companion of Jen Smith; and Nate Parent; and his brother: Dean A. Adams, Shoemakersville. Dale is also survived by a step-son: Bradley E. Breininger and his wife Christine, Port Clinton; step-daughter: Tracy L. (Breininger), wife of Roy Herber, Hamburg; three step-grandchildren: Kelly Roth, wife of Tyson; Tyler Herber and Logan Herber; and two step-great-grandchildren: Alex and Keira.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will follow in Fairview (Belleman's) Cemetery, Centre Twp. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Tuesday 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Wednesday 10:00 to 11:00 am.
