Charles H. Mason, 77, formerly of Berwick, passed away, Sunday, October 21, 2018 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Twp.

Born in Berwick, he was the son of the late Benjamin F. and Martha E. (Keck) Mason. He graduated from Berwick High School in 1960. He was a US Army Veteran. Chuck worked at R.R. Donneley, Lancaster as a pressman until his retirement. Chuck loved athletics, especially wrestling and football. He was always a good athlete. Chuck enjoyed fishing, his family, and was an avid Berwick Bulldog Fan.

Chuck is survived by a daughter: Sherrie M. (Mason) Grove wife of William W. Grove, III, Pine Grove; four grandchildren: Mason, Conrad, Prescilla, and Monica Grove; and three great-grandchildren: Clayton Rittenbaugh, Zander and Zayne Grove. He is also survived by four brothers: Tom Mason husband of Rebecca, Lancaster, Richard Mason husband of Karen, Hamburg, Billy Mason, Palmyra, and John Mason husband of Donna, Hamburg; and a sister: Diane (Mason) Boyer wife of Thomas, Hamburg. He was predeceased by his siblings: Raymond, Sally, Arthur, and Benjamin, and his ex-wife: Marie H. (Johnson) Mason.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 am from Berwick Assembly of God, 801 E. 5th Street Berwick, PA 18603. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
