Condolence: We send our sympathy to the Phillips family, Pauline, .and to Paul's sister, Mary. Paul was a wonderful neighbor. He would come over to chat or to help when I was working on car or equipment maintenance. Our children, when young, would visit Paul and Pauline because they enjoyed their company so much. Paul was so kind such that if he and a friend would be speaking in German dialect when I would show up, he would tell his friend, "speak English now, he doesn't understand." When I had our dogs out and they would see Paul sitting on his front step, our dogs would beg to visit Paul. He always spoke gently to them and rubbed their ears.He is missed.
